The Main Box Office is located at the North Entrance of the Crown Coliseum.

Monday - Friday, 9a.m. - 6p.m.
Saturday, 10a.m. - 2p.m.

SATELLITE BOX OFFICES
*Satellite Box Offices are open only during events in the corresponding venue.

The Arena and Theatre share a Box Office in front of the Theatre entrance.
The Expo Center has two ticketing stations in the Expo lobby.
The Crown Coliseum has two additional satellite offices, one in the East and one in the West.

On event days, the Box Office is open up to two hours prior to event time.

PAYMENT
The Crown Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ticketmaster gift certificates and cash.

WILL CALL
Tickets ordered online through Ticketmaster may be picked up beginning two hours prior to the event through the Main Box Office. Arena and Theatre Will Call is available at the Arena/Theatre Box Office. All Coliseum Will Call is available at the Main Box Office only. For more information, call 910-436-TKTS.

PHONE ORDERS
To purchase tickets by phone, please call Ticketmaster at 910-223-2900. Fees may apply.

ONLINE ORDERING
Tickets for most events may be purchased through Ticketmaster.com. Fees may apply.

The Crown Center does not authorize any other ticketing agencies to sell our tickets online. Patrons are strongly discouraged from buying tickets online through any source other than Ticketmaster as the tickets may not be authentic.

TICKETMASTER OUTLETS
Tickets may be purchased in person at all Ticketmaster outlets, including FYE at Cross Creek Mall.
